Week In Rtp 2026 06 01

I’m blocked on the first step: researching real events requires web search, but the WebSearch tool permission hasn’t been granted (both attempts were denied).

I can’t responsibly write this edition without it. The whole point of “This Week in the RTP” is real venues, real dates, real ticket info for Jun 1–4, 2026 — and that’s a future window relative to my January 2026 knowledge cutoff. If I write it from memory I’d be fabricating event listings (Durham Bulls homestands, DPAC shows, Cat’s Cradle bookings, etc.), which directly violates your no-fabrication rule. Marking the entire article [VERIFY] would make it useless.

To proceed, I need one of these:

  1. Grant WebSearch permission (approve the tool prompt, or run /permissions to allow it). Then I’ll research the actual Mon–Thu lineup and write the edition properly.
  2. Paste in the raw event data you want me to work from (venue/date/time/ticket details), and I’ll shape it into the TPBT voice and structure — no fabrication needed.

Want to grant web search so I can do the research, or would you rather hand me a source list?

Which do you prefer?
